La nouvelle organisation dont tout le monde parle depuis maintenant quelques temps va \u00eatre mise en place. Les consultations, les analyses, les r\u00e9flexions, les n\u00e9gociations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 longues, mais la vision est maintenant claire, les accords suffisants pour y aller.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Comment le changement est-il accueilli ?<\/h3>\n<p>Certains y voient de grands b\u00e9n\u00e9fices pour eux et pour l\u2019organisation, et sont impatients de s\u2019y mettre. D\u2019autres en voient bien l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, mais s\u2019interrogent sur le \u00ab\u202fpourquoi maintenant\u202f\u00bb. Il y a tant d\u2019autres choses plus urgentes et plus importantes \u00e0 faire. D\u2019autres, encore, ne sont pas vraiment convaincus mais se laissent porter par le mouvement. On verra bien. D\u2019autres, enfin, sont convaincus que la direction commet une grave erreur en mettant en place ce changement, notamment parce qu\u2019il va \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de leurs propres int\u00e9r\u00eats. Il est alors hors de question de contribuer au mouvement, \u00e0 moins qu\u2019on ne leur propose quelque chose qui leur convienne mieux ou qu\u2019on reste comme avant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Accompagner la transition d\u2019une transformation organisationnelle, d\u2019un changement<\/h3>\n<p>Un changement, c\u2019est passer d\u2019une situation A \u00e0 une situation B. Une transformation organisationnelle, un changement d\u2019outil informatique, un changement de direction, un changement de m\u00e9tier ou de poste, un changement d\u2019\u00e9tablissement ou de lieu de travail. Souvent les changements se cumulent ou s\u2019enchainent. Cependant, le changement a beau avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 minutieusement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi, pr\u00e9par\u00e9, il n\u2019est pas rare qu\u2019il soit tr\u00e8s (trop) long \u00e0 se mettre en place, voire qu\u2019il soit abandonn\u00e9 en route. Le chemin \u00e0 parcourir pour passer de la situation A \u00e0 la situation B s\u2019appelle la transition. Elle est tr\u00e8s d\u00e9pendante de facteurs humains, complexes par nature. C\u2019est pourquoi il ne suffit pas d\u2019annoncer un changement pour qu\u2019il soit pleinement op\u00e9rationnel.
